Cornish Coastline in Inktense or watercolour pencils ( Recorded from a live workshop)
Create a Inktense or watercolour pencil painting of a beautiful scene from the Bedruthan Steps looking out over the coast of Cornwall with guidance from Tutor Bethany Y Milam. In this workshop you will learn how to create a sense of perspective build up layers of colour and add texture to create a tranquil beach scene with. Follow the demonstration step by step, using watercolour pencil / Inktense techniques, learn how to layer, use textural techniques, as well as when and how to add water with the pencils.

Materials
H or HB pencil
Inktense Pencils and/or Watercolour Pencils
Watercolour Paper (Cold Pressed)
Paintbrushes (sable or soft synthetic)
Palette and Water Pots
Paper Towels/Kitchen Paper
Spray/Misting Bottle (Optional)
Scrap Paper for testing colours
Craft knife or palette knife
Sponge
White Gouache Paint or white ink / pen (Optional)
Hairdryer - I recommend having a hairdryer with you to speed up the drying times between layers but please put yourself on mute before using it.
An Apron and something to cover your table with.
