Rocky Beach in Acrylics and Texture Paste (Recorded from a live Workshop)
Create a loose painting of a rocky beach scene at sunset with guidance from Tutor Bethany Y Milam. Working over two sessions you will first draw an outline and create a blended sunset and watery reflections, then use texture paste to create a 3D relief of the rocks. In the second session you will build up layers of colour and texture to create the rocks, dark reflections and ripples. Follow the demonstrations step by step, using techniques such as blending, texture paste relief and palette knife painting.
